Placing an order through PAWAQUA.shop constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders may be accepted or declined at our discretion. No order is accepted until payment has been processed and confirmed.

Shipping times are estimates only. We work with third-party shipping carriers, fulfillment partners, and suppliers, so delivery times may vary depending on your location, order volume, carrier delays, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

customs processing

incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

global suppliers or fulfillment partners

weather, holidays, strikes, or events outside our control

Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss may pass to you to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If your package is delayed, damaged, lost, or shows no tracking updates for an extended period, please contact us through our Contact page so our support team can assist you.

PAWAQUA.shop is powered by Shopify. Purchases made through the Store are transactions between you and PAWAQUA, not Shopify.

Shopify provides ecommerce platform services, but Shopify is not responsible for product quality, fulfillment, shipping, returns, refunds, customer service, damages, or your transactions with PAWAQUA.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims related to your purchases from PAWAQUA.shop.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Store is to stop using the Store. Product-related remedies are handled according to our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy and applicable consumer laws.

SECTION 17 — INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PAWAQUA, Shopify, service providers, partners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and licensors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Store, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your violation of the rights of another person or entity.
