At PAWAQUA, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date your order is placed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note: During high-volume seasons, promotional events, holidays, or supplier delays, processing times may experience slight delays.

Shipping Time

After processing, standard delivery typically takes:

10–25 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, customs procedures, international shipping processes, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

When your package leaves our fulfillment partner, a tracking number will be sent to you by email or SMS, depending on your selected notification preferences.

You can track your order at any time using the link provided in your shipping confirmation.

Please allow a few business days for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.

Incorrect Address or Order Changes

If you need to update your shipping address or make changes to your order, please contact us within 4 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make modifications.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed to the shipping address provided at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue.

Our support team will review the case and assist you with a replacement or another suitable solution when applicable.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges depending on your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Customs processing may also cause delivery delays.
